My background is in technical design and illustration, but naturally I drifted to producing films, selling creative and surviving pandemics. I used to be a snowboard instructor, chef, croupier and an illustrator. In my spare time I watch anime, explore opportunities, do Māori martial arts and take photos.
I have lead an expedition of Ngāi Tahu youth across Silicon Valley, Survived 20 Days at sea aboard Fa’afaite Waka in the Land of Voyagers, Smashed out 80 + films in the cultural and social innovation space and I’m one of three directors in a diverse squad of twelve creative mentors at Māui Studios. Our squad recently did a haka on the great wall of china and had fire ramen in Japan.
I currently work in the cinematography and mixed reality space when I’m not making films.
I aspire to make stories that evoke emotion, speak truth and provide opportunities ~ I want to collaborate with artists and create meaningful aesthetic content with inspiring people that crack me up all the time.

I am a young māori male who has a strong passion for anything to do with a camera.
I have been in the film industry officially for 8 months working with Maui Studios as a Film Content Creator but have been working on my craft for the last 3 years making my own content, listen to people that have more experience than myself & constantly searching for new tools to add to my kete.
In the future I would love to be able to work with more sports based films/content throughout my life I have always been either playing or watching sports & would love to carry on that path with different angles.
